Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of a minor or institution, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Account registration

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain credential confidentiality, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or content except as permitted by law.
• Share account credentials or resell access.
• Upload malware, interfere with servers, or abuse support channels.
• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or infringing activities.
• Circumvent paywalls, DRM, or technical protections.

5. Content and intellectual property

All app content, trademarks, software, and materials are owned by the Company or licensors. You receive no ownership rights except the limited license above. User-generated content you submit may be used to operate and improve the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscription & Pricing

ECUBE Premium is available for a one-time subscription fee of ₹2,000 (INR).

• The subscription provides unlimited access to eligible Premium features for 2 years from the date of activation in the app.
• Access remains valid for the full 2-year term for active subscriptions purchased at the applicable price, even if we change pricing for new customers in the future.
• We may update subscription pricing, in-app descriptions, or feature availability for new purchases at any time. Changes will be shown in the app and/or app store listing before you complete payment.
• Purchases are processed through Google Play (and, when available, the Apple App Store). Store billing terms apply in addition to these Terms.

7. Subscriptions and purchases (general)

Paid features may be offered via one-time purchases or subscriptions processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Store terms apply to payment processing and refunds (see our Refund Policy).

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Content is for educational purposes and may contain errors; verify critical information independently.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or INR 5,000, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the platform. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels.
